Food changes everything by affecting a body's energy level leading to a change in the amount of movement you are capable of doing, cognitive function affecting how productive you are at work, circadian rhythms and quality of sleep affecting cortisol levels and hence, anxiety and stress levels. Food affects a person's ability to connect to others and to grow authentic relationships by changing how comfortable and secure you feel in your own body. Food changes how many resources you have left after caring for the most essential tasks for higher level activities like those involving the spiritual and the creative. Food washes over the cells in your gut where the majority of serotonin of receptors lie and effects how you feel, how you think, and how you relate to others.
